Spencer’s career includes senior roles with Jergens Inc., where he established and led operations across the UK, Europe, Israel, and Africa, along with Clarendon Specialty Fasteners and Staubli UK Ltd, driving multi-million-pound revenue growth and building technical distribution networks in highly regulated markets.
